Description: Villa Anakao, also known as WV MBL, is a 2-bedroom villa located in St. Jean within minutes of 2 beaches and shopping. This villa has Asian décor and features a contemporary design using exotic wood furniture. The living room opens onto the terrace and pool, but also has sliding glass doors and screens. At the back, the well-equipped kitchen has modern appliances. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, en suite bathroom, and opens onto the terrace and the pool. The second bedroom is located at the entrance, and has a king-size bed and a separate bathroom. This bedroom does not have a view. An optional third bedroom is located off the mezzanine and perfectly set up for children. This bedroom is available for an additional weekly fee. The terrace opens to the countryside view and surrounds the pool, which is heated in winter only. Complimentary French pastries with tea and coffee are provided on Sunday mornings. The house also has WiFi, a flat-screen TV with French and U.S. satellite, and flowers and a fresh fruit basket upon arrival. Villa Anakao comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa is suitable for young children.
