Description: Villa Arrow Marine is a 4-bedroom spacious villa in exclusive Mont Jean, offering gorgeous views and easy access to the ocean. With its mature gardens, the property offers complete privacy and yet guests can take in sweeping views from almost any room. The interior is as light and airy as the outdoor spaces and the newly decorated living room can be fully closed off and air-conditioned. A gourmet kitchen is set into the heart of the property and it offers a large and comfortable breakfast bar that separates it from the covered dining area overlooking the pool. There are three master bedrooms and one double bedroom. Some have small indoor sitting areas and two of them are connected by a corridor, but all feel private and comfortable. Stone steps trail down a short pathway to a deck and the sea for daytime plunges. The semicircular pool is tucked behind the villa and set within a lovely tropical garden. Villa Arrow Marine comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used. A fifth bedroom can be added by renting villa Alphane (a 1 bedroom sister property next door). * Notes - this villa requires a refundable security deposit of $5000, also the grand piano is only for decorative purposes.
