The spacious main room with a high ceiling features a dining area, a cozy seating area, and a large, well-equipped kitchen. The siting area offers a flat screen TV, modern chairs, and two cushioned sofas. Both bedrooms are located directly off the living room. Each bedroom has a European king-size bed, a ceiling fan and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. A large terrace with loungers (perfect for sunbathing) surrounds the swimming pool. Situated nearby is a covered terrace, housing an outdoor dining and sitting area. This villa also comes with a charcoal barbecue, an electronic security gate, satellite TV, a sound system with pool speakers and WiFi. The nearby St. Jean Pond also offers a walkway and lights at night. The property is situated on the road, but a glass noise blocker has been installed in front of the property. Villa Eden comes with house cleaning services six days a week. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
