Description: Villa Minou is a 4-bedroom villa located in Grand Cul de Sac and is a 3 minute walk to the beach and shopping. This villa overlooks the beautiful bay. The living room and interior dining area are decorated with modern, traditional furniture. On the right, a well-equipped kitchen opens to an outdoor covered dining area with a stunning view of the lagoon. The 3 spacious bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and open to the terrace which has a view. A fourth bedroom is located in a separate cottage below the main house, and has a small kitchenette and an ensuite bathroom. Two bedrooms have twin beds that can be made into a king-size bed, while two bedrooms have king-size beds. A large terrace offers both sun-drenched and shady areas around the infinity pool, making this an ideal spot to sunbathe or read in the shade. The house also has air-conditioning and Sonos in the bedrooms, WiFi, a gas grill, a hammock, a stationary bike and U.S. satellite TV. Villa Minou comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on Sundays and French holidays. During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa is suitable for young children, and welcomes small pets
