Description: Villa WV MOH is a contemporary 4-bedroom villa located in Lurin within minutes of the beach and shopping. This new villa offers panoramic views of the bay. The large, open-plan living room has an oak-exposed roof structure, beautiful hardwood floors, and elegant décor. The living area opens to a modern, well-equipped kitchen and pool terrace. The master bedroom has a king-size bed or twin beds, a large ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet, and a small office. Two bedrooms offer stunning views, and have king-size beds or twin beds and ensuite bathrooms. Each bedroom is equipped with an air-conditioning unit and a ceiling fan. A deck with unique bird décor surrounds the long infinity swimming pool. This privately gated villa also boasts a large parking lot with space for several cars. During high season guests receive access to the Form Fitness sports center and complimentary breakfast of fresh baguette and pastries. Villa WV MOH comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa is suitable for young children. * Villa requires a 2 week minimum in August. A 4th bedroom will be added Summer 2022
