A unique feature is the nearby billiard table, which converts into a large dining table that comfortably seats 6 guests. The master bedroom is located off the living room through an office area with central air and a wine cooler. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom with his and her showers, and a pop-up flat-screen TV. Three bedrooms are located on the lower level and have queen-size beds and ensuite bathrooms with showers. The fifth bedroom was recently added and is an apartment with a private entrance, kitchen, terrace, queen bed and ensuite bathroom.
