Description: Villa Petit Lagon, also known as WV APL, is a 2-bedroom villa located in Petit Cul de Sac within a short walk of the beach and minutes from shopping. This colorful hillside villa offers beautiful ocean views. The open living area opens onto the terrace and pool with view. A small, galley-style kitchen is located next to the living room. The covered terrace houses an outdoor dining area with seating for 6 guests. Each air-conditioned bedroom can be arranged with a king-size bed or two twin beds, an ensuite bathroom, and access to a private terrace. This villa can be rented with neighboring villas LAB, LAR, and AJL for a total of 16 bedrooms. A wooden terrace with pink loungers, a gas grill and an outdoor living area surrounds the pool. The house also has WiFi and high-speed Internet, beach chairs, French satellite TV and use of 2 kayaks and 2 paddleboards upon request. During high season guests receive access to the Form Fitness sports center and complimentary breakfast of fresh baguette and pastries. Villa WV APL comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa does not allow children, ages 5 and younger, without a signed swimming waiver. * Notes - Rate for Bucket Week - $13,500. Villa requires a 2 week minimum in August.
