Description: Villa Rose Dog is a contemporary 4-bedroom villa located in Vitet within minutes of the beach and shopping. This modern hillside villa opens to a beautiful sea view. The spacious kitchen and living area opens to the terrace and large pool. A covered terrace offers a dining table with seating for up to 10 guests. The living space offers comfortable seating with 2 sofas and several chairs in front of a flat-screen TV. The living area connects to 2 bedrooms, while a third bedroom is located in a separate bungalow above. The fourth bedroom is located in a lower bungalow, which is more suitable for teens or staff. Each bedroom offers a queen-size bed, air-conditioning, and ensuite bathroom. Villa Rose Dog comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays, as well as landscaping and pool maintenance. A rental car is included during low season. During the December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used. Pets are allowed upon request.
