Welcome to Villa Ecoute Les Vagues, a modern and stylish 3-bedroom villa located on Flamands Beach within steps of the sand. Awash with Caribbean charm, Villa Ecoute Les Vagues is all about luxury by the seaside. Inside, a graceful open plan creates an elegant flow, while exposed wooden beams in the ceiling add a rustic, beachy feel.

The comfortable living room in Villa Ecoute Les Vagues opens onto the pool terrace, facing the ocean. From the plush sofa, you can drink in the fabulous views and enjoy the sea breeze blowing in off the water. A breakfast bar separates the living room from the well-equipped kitchen.

To make things easy, our concierge can organize grocery pre-stocking or delivery, catered meals, or even arrange a private chef service for a special occasion. The covered outdoor terrace is home to a dining table with seating for 6 guests, the ideal spot to enjoy meals in the open air around the pool. A second, smaller seating area is at the edge of the terrace, closer to the beach.

With seating for 4 guests, it’s great for more casual meals by the sea. The spacious master bedroom comes with a king-sized bed and a spacious ensuite bathroom with double vanity and a walk-in shower. The 2 other bedrooms, one has a king, the other a queen, they share a bathroom, and both face towards the ocean.

Tropical vegetation and coconut trees surround Villa Ecoute Les Vagues, offering privacy from the surrounding homes. The spacious sun deck features the swimming pool lined with loungers, making this an ideal spot to enjoy some sunbathing. As the sun begins to set, firing up the gas grill back at the villa is a great way to enjoy the evening.

Warm island sunsets are incredible, lighting up the coast around Flamands Bay and the offshore islands of Île Toc Vers, Île Fregate, and Île Bonhomme. When a nap on the beach calls, you're just steps from Flamands Beach. This luxurious sweep of golden sand and turquoise water is a fantastic spot for swimming and sunbathing, we won’t blame you for lounging here all day.

As an added bonus, restaurants at Cheval Blanc hotel and Baie des Anges are within walking distance. Otherwise, the capital of Gustavia, and the beaches and shops of St. Jean are all just a short drive away. * Please note: A rental unit is located on the lower level, but guest’s privacy is assured thanks to a separate entrance.
