You may use the site for lawful, personal travel-planning purposes. You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, copy protected content for commercial use, or use it in a way that violates applicable law.
2. Travel Information, Rates & Availability
Villa and hotel information is provided for general planning purposes and is subject to change. Rates, availability, minimum stays, bedroom configurations, amenities, seasonal dates, taxes, service charges and other terms may vary by property, dates and occupancy.
Nightly villa rates may be subject to additional taxes and fees, including the St. Barts tax, service fee and any applicable credit-card transaction fee. Final pricing is confirmed at the time of booking.
Photographs, descriptions and amenities are intended to reasonably represent a property, but furnishings, views, amenities, construction conditions and surrounding areas may change.
3. Bookings & Third-Party Suppliers
Islanders Travel acts as a travel planning and booking intermediary for accommodations and other travel services supplied by independent third parties. Villas, hotels, transportation providers, insurers and other suppliers may impose their own payment schedules, cancellation rules, security deposits, damage policies, age requirements and other booking conditions.
Before a booking becomes final, the applicable supplier terms and confirmed price should be reviewed. If supplier terms conflict with general information on this website, the confirmed supplier or booking terms control for that reservation.
4. Payments, Fees & Cancellations
Payment schedules, accepted payment methods, deposits, cancellation charges and refund eligibility depend on the specific booking and supplier. Some payments may be non-refundable once confirmed.
Credit-card payments may be subject to a transaction fee when disclosed. Currency conversion, banking or card-issuer fees, if any, are outside Islanders Travel's control.
5. Travel Insurance
Travel protection is worth considering because travel plans can be affected by illness, weather, transportation disruptions and other unforeseen events. Travel insurance is provided by an independent insurer and is subject to its own policy terms, exclusions and eligibility requirements.
