Ideally located in Colombier, a 3-bedroom Villa Esprit de Roche, treats its guests to a panoramic seascape that encompasses the neighboring islands of Nevis, St. Kitts, Statia, and Saba. Fiery sunsets are a bonus with an opportunity to witness the “green flash.” Totally renovated, and beautifully decorated, the villa’s main level encompasses a living room, kitchen with a breakfast bar, and a covered dining terrace, all with a stunning view of the sea. All three air-conditioned bedrooms have en suite baths and TVs.
One bedroom is on the main level with a king bed and features a terrace. The second bedroom has a king or 2 twin beds and is located a few steps down in a separate pavilion with a private terrace. The lower-level master suite has a king bed and a terrace as well and is near the extra-large swimming pool.
The pool area affords abundant space for sunning and outdoor living. Parking is ample.
