About Essenia
Villa Essenia, is ideally located in Grand Cul de Sac, close to restaurants, and hotels. You will appreciate its harmonious design and its superb view of the lagoon. The main area offers a fully-equipped kitchen open to the comfortable living room with direct access to the terrace.
The beautiful covered terrace has a large dining table and lounge area which surrounds the heated pool. Two bedrooms adjoin the living room, one with a king bed, ensuite bathroom, and sea view and the other has twin beds and ensuite bathroom. The third bedroom is closest to the pool and has a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom, and sea view.
A separate bungalow above the villa houses the fourth bedroom which has a kitchenette and a terrace with a view. Villa Essenia also has a well-equipped gym. This villa is ideal for a family who would like to enjoy the quiet area and the proximity to the lagoon.
During the December holidays the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used.

Nightly rates are subject to an additional 5% St. Barts tax and 11% service fee. A 3.75% per-transaction fee applies when paying by credit card.
