Villa Fregate is made up of several pavilions, all connected by a covered outdoor terrace. The blend of indoor and outdoor living is superb, helping to immerse you in the wonderful natural beauty of St. Barts while also offering all the creature comforts of a high-end villa.

In one pavilion, a large great room is the main gathering point of the home, combining the living room, kitchen, and dining area. There are gorgeous, vaulted ceilings above and plenty of windows and sliding glass doors that let in the dappled island light Likewise, Villa Fregate’s kitchen also opens to the outdoor terrace, allowing for ease of serving whether you’re dining inside or alfresco. The kitchen features all the high-end appliances you might need, whether you’re preparing an easy snack or gourmet dinner.

The bedrooms at Villa Fregate are arranged bungalow style on either side of the central living area. All come with wonderful ocean views and direct access to the outdoor terrace. To the right side of the home are three bedrooms, each with a king-sized bed (one of which can be converted into a pair of twins).

The fourth bedroom is on the other side of the property, featuring a queen-sized bed. All four bedrooms come with ensuite bathrooms and screens across the windows. Only the master bedroom has a TV.

An expansive covered terrace with loungers surrounds the heated infinity pool, which seems to cascade into the ocean. There are sitting areas in both sun and shade, letting you enjoy the space as you like whether you’re reading a book or sipping on a cool drink while gazing out at the sea. For days at the beach, Villa Fregate is within easy driving distance of both Marigot Bay and Lorient.

These tranquil and pristine sweeps of sand are among the best in St. Barts, with silky shores and crystalline waters for swimming. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
