The room opens to the outdoor terrace and pool. In the living room, minimalist décor complements the retro-style semicircular sofa, an ideal spot to sink in and enjoy the ocean breeze blowing through the house. A large TV lets you unwind with your favorite TV series or the latest film.

The well-equipped kitchen has everything you’ll need to create gourmet meals during your stay. Our concierge can organize grocery pre-stocking or delivery, catered meals, or arrange private chef service for a special occasion. The indoor dining area has seating for up to eight guests, a fine setting for festive dinners.

On the second level is the master suite, accessed by an exterior staircase. The unique loft-style roof adds a rustic touch, while a small sitting area lets you relax in seclusion. On either side of the living room downstairs are the other two bedrooms, each with a plush queen-size bed.

A covered area offers space to lounge in the shade, while the sunny terrace is ideal for soaking up the island rays on the loungers. The centerpiece of the property is the gorgeous swimming pool, an inviting place to spend your day.

Featuring a graduated slope into the water and a current system, lazing in the pool simulates being at the beach. The rock in the middle of the water is what inspired the villa’s name, which translates to “Rock in the Water”. As the afternoon begins to fade, retreating to the lounge area on the covered deck is encouraged.

It’s a fabulous spot to enjoy a cocktail with the sunset, watching as the rosy gold colors light up the sea and sky. In the distance, the twinkling lights of St. Kitts coming to life are alluring. Out the back of the house is another terrace area with a garden.

A relaxing and quiet area, it’s ideal for settling in with a good book or your morning coffee. For days on the beach, swinging around to the north side of the island to either Petit Cul de Sac or Grand Cul de Sac is an easy 5-minute drive. For something more adventurous, a 25-minute trek along the headland brings you to the “Washing Machine”, several natural rock pools embedded into the coastline.

During the December holidays the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
