Les Lataniers

Villa Les Lataniers, is a 6+1-bedroom villa located in Anse des Lezards. Perched just above the Anse des Lezards Bay, this large colonial-style estate enjoys panoramic views of the bay and hillsides. The interior features original artwork and memorabilia from around the world.

Situated just off the pool is the dining room, which can be fully opened on both sides to tropical breezes. The dining room opens to the well-equipped, modern kitchen with a wood pizza oven. This room can also be closed off and air-conditioned.

A covered passage leads to the fully air-conditioned main room, which has a sitting area, TV area, and dining area with seating for up to 8 guests. The villa features six beautifully appointed bedrooms, plus an additional bedroom that is suitable for staff or children. Each bedroom has its own distinctive character and theme.

The primary bedroom is located in the main house just off the living room and offers a spacious ensuite bathroom with a bathtub, as well as a private terrace with a generous stone pool. The Architect’s Room is set apart from the main house, next to the pool cabana, and features a private outdoor bathtub. A staircase from the living room leads down to Tiffany’s and Hemingway’s bedrooms.

Both have two twin beds, while Hemingway’s also includes a sofa bed. Hemingway’s bedroom provides access to an additional staff room that is suitable for a nanny. On the same level, but with separate exterior access, are the Safari and Voyager bedrooms.

Each features an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub. All of the bedrooms share a spacious, airy living room with multiple seating areas, providing inviting spaces to enjoy morning coffee, watch a movie, play a game, or curl up with a good book. Each bedroom has screens.

A deck with a small bar and loungers frame the heated infinity pool, which has an alarm. Located nearby is a pool cabana with a shower. The large covered deck features ample seating and a daybed, perfect for lounging.

During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
