Villa Noah is a private 5-bedroom retreat just steps from the turquoise waters of St. Jean Bay. Centered around its inviting swimming pool, the villa is designed for relaxed indoor-outdoor living. Beneath the covered terrace, a generous, beautifully equipped outdoor kitchen opens onto a large dining table for ten guests.

Life here is lived outdoors, with every space thoughtfully designed to embrace the island's natural light and the gentle rhythm of St. Barts. Each of the bedrooms offers a peaceful retreat. Four are housed in independent pavilions nestled within the tropical garden, each featuring an ensuite bathroom and kitchenette.

Upstairs, the primary suite feels like a private apartment, complete with its own lounge, fully-equipped kitchen, and a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea. A hot tub and hammock create an intimate sanctuary for unwinding while admiring the soft evening light over St. Jean Bay. The primary bedroom can be accessed via two staircases: one near the garage and another from the outdoor kitchen, which leads up to the balcony.

Although just moments from the beach, restaurants, and lively atmosphere of St. Jean, Villa Noah retains a wonderful sense of tranquility. During the December holiday the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
