Villa Ocean Palm, is a newly-built 3-bedroom villa located in Gouverneur and is a true haven of peace overlooking the bay. As soon as you arrive at the parking lot, the view of the blue ocean is absolutely breathtaking. Two of the bedrooms are identical and offer a spectacular view of the ocean.
The 3rd bedroom is a real little private cocoon, located at the back of the property. The fully-equipped kitchen and the comfortable air-conditioned living room are entirely open to the terrace and the pool, with the stunning turquoise waters of Gouverneur Bay in the background. Indulge in the heated pool, or relax in the comfortable deckchairs, sunbathe during the day, and enjoy the beautiful sunsets: Villa Ocean Palm is an invitation to the Caribbean “art de vivre”!
The high-tech equipment makes Villa Ocean Palm a modern villa with local charm. You will never get tired of admiring the view and photographing the star of the villa: the Palm tree. During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
