The layout is centered around a main great room, a contemporary space with new furnishings and a clean design. With the doors open, the island breezes wash through the entire home, helping you slip into the island pace of life. The living room offers serenity and relaxation, with a comfortable sectional couch inviting you in to unwind with a good book and cool drink.

There’s also a TV for those evenings you’d prefer to stay in with your feet up, watching the latest movies. Cooking inside Villa Pajoma is a pleasure thanks to the modern kitchen overlooking the pool area. Our concierge is also on hand to organize grocery deliveries, and restaurant reservations, or even arrange a private chef for special occasions.

Gathering for a meal at the large glass dining table with rattan chairs inside is a great way to spend time with family and friends. There’s also an outdoor table on the covered terrace, an alfresco setting putting you in the midst of the beautiful gardens that surround the villa. The bedrooms are all identical, with a plush king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom.

There are two on the main level, both with sliding doors that open to the outdoor terrace and swimming pool. Stairs descend to a lower level with the third bedroom, which enjoys two private terraces and views of the beach. Mature tropical gardens and palm trees surround the property, providing privacy for relaxing days spent lounging around outside.

A covered terrace provides a shady and cool spot to unwind, with an outdoor living area for kicking back with a book, indulging in an afternoon nap, or hosting an evening cocktail hour. Steps away, the wooden terrace surrounds the large swimming pool, an inviting spot for a cool dip. Loungers surround the water, making this an ideal spot for sunbathing while being cooled by the island breezes.

The stunning beaches of St. Barts are sure to coax you outside of Villa Pajoma, exploring the best of the island’s sweeping coastline. Shell Beach is a small but beautiful beach to the south, with crystalline waters ideal for snorkeling.
