About Rock
Villa Rock, is a 3-bedroom villa that sits high up the Camaruche hill on the Lorient side, and offers panoramic views of Lorient Bay as well as beautiful sunsets. The main room with the modern kitchen and living can be fully air-conditioned, and the ding area, just outside, can be fully screened off to keep out pesky bugs during meals. The terrace offers ample seating by the heated infinity pool, and the perfect spot to enjoy the sun and the breezes with the gorgeous panorama of ocean and island as a backdrop.
The villa's bedrooms consist of a master bedroom and a second room on the main level, and a third on the lower level. All rooms have a Euro king-sized bed, ample closet space,and ensuite bathrooms with showers. Villa Rock is a perfect house for couples vacationing together, but will also suit a family with teenagers.
During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used.

Nightly rates are subject to an additional 5% St. Barts tax and 11% service fee. A 3.75% per-transaction fee applies when paying by credit card.
