A spacious outdoor dining area with a shade umbrella provides the perfect setting for leisurely lunches and evenings by the pool. The primary bedroom opens directly onto the pool terrace and enjoys lovely ocean views, while a smaller bedroom upstairs is particularly well suited to children or teenagers. During the December holiday the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
