About The One
Villa The One, is a 3-bedroom villa located in Colombier within a short drive to several beaches and shopping. This hillside villa offers views of the ocean and Bonhomme Island. This villa has a spacious, modern living area that opens onto the terrace and faces the splendid ocean view.
A large bar separates the well-equipped kitchen with stainless appliances from the living area. Two of the villa's bedrooms are located on each side of the living area and have ensuite bathrooms and private terraces. The third one is located in a separate bungalow and has a private balcony with a breathtaking view.
A magnificent outdoor kitchen with TV has recently been installed on the sea-view terrace where the outdoor dining area is ideal for lunch or dinner. During the December holidays the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used. *Note - The master bedroom is only available when all bedrooms are rented.

Nightly rates are subject to an additional 5% St. Barts tax and 11% service fee. A 3.75% per-transaction fee applies when paying by credit card.
