The villa enjoys views of the island Île Fourchue, and in the distance, St. Martin and Anguilla. As soon as you step inside Villa Tichka, you’re presented with a stunning panorama of Flamands Bay from the airy great room.

Home to the living area and kitchen, the entire space opens to the outdoor terraces, bringing the natural beauty of St. Barts inside. Contemporary white sofas and exotic wooden furnishings decorate the bright living room. Sinking in here is an ideal spot to admire the views in comfort, watching as yachts sail past on the glittering Caribbean.

A breakfast bar separates the living area from Villa Tichka’s kitchen. Well-equipped, whipping up gourmet meals here is easy. Our concierge can organize grocery pre-stocking or delivery, catered meals, or even arrange a private chef service for a special occasion.

When it’s time to dine, whisking your plate outside reveals a covered dining area with a large wooden table. With space for up to 8 guests, it’s an ideal setting for a night of entertaining. There are 2 luxurious bedrooms at Villa Tichka, both ensuring the utmost privacy during your stay.

Each has a lavish king-sized bed, a spacious ensuite bathroom, and ocean views. The master bedroom is located next to the living room, a spacious and modern place to lay your head each night. Through the large windows, you can enjoy amazing views of the ocean.

The attached ensuite leads to a private terrace area, shielded from the main area by a garden bed of lush palms. The second bedroom is in a separate cottage near the villa entrance, accessed via the outdoor terrace. The spacious outdoor terrace lets you bask in the glorious Caribbean weather.

There’s plenty of space to relax and unwind, whether it’s with a nap on a plush sunbed or a sunbathing session on the loungers. The inviting swimming pool provides an easy and refreshing way to start your day. When you’ve worked up an appetite, two separate tables under parasols are great spots for a fresh island-style lunch.
