The spacious living room is furnished with comfortable white sofas and opens onto the terrace, pool, and view. It’s a tempting spot to kick back with a cool drink, gazing out at the beguiling views over St. Barts.

The modern, well-equipped kitchen at Villa Au Coeur du Rocher has everything you’ll need to prepare meals during your stay. Bright and open, there’s enough space for everyone to get involved with the cooking. A convenient pass-through window also makes it ideal for entertaining guests on the covered terrace outside.

An outdoor dining table enjoys immersive views of the natural beauty surrounding Villa Au Coeur du Rocher. There’s also a breakfast bar inside with stools, more suited to fresh eggs and coffee in the morning or a casual aperitif before dinner. The master bedroom, which is connected to the living room, offers a king-size bed, and ensuite bathroom with tub, and opens to the terrace with an ocean view.

The second bedroom, located downstairs, has a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom, a private terrace, and a separate entrance. A third bedroom is on the main level, has a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. Days spent lounging around outside at Villa Au Coeur du Rocher are incredible.

There’s plenty of seating in both sun and shade, letting you enjoy your time as you wish. You could read a book sip a cool drink in the outdoor lounge area, or sunbathe by the pool. Speaking of which, the swimming pool can be heated for swimming at any time of the day.

Overlooking the lush greenery of the hills below, it’s also a great spot to take in the views – especially at sunset. A second outdoor lounge nearby enjoys plenty of sun during the day, a comfortable spot to entertain guests with evening drinks. And when the Caribbean Sea calls, both Lorient and St. Jean are a 5-minute drive away.

During the December holidays the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
