Embrace the island life at Villa Art, a 3-bedroom villa located in Flamands. Set within a tropical garden with breathtaking views of Flamands Beach and Boulanger Island. Designed in a traditional colonial style, Villa Art enjoys a mix of antique and contemporary furnishings, vaulted ceilings, and original artwork.

Spread over two levels, the upper-level offers the spacious great room. Here you’ll find the beautiful living area and kitchen, with a wrap-around terrace offering incredible ocean views. From the great room, doors open to the covered terrace, where the dining table sits and enjoys lush views over the hills of Flamands Bay.

Shaded with a vaulted gazebo, it’s a great spot for meals with island breezes. A nearby bar is a unique feature, offering a spot to enjoy a pre-dinner aperitif. Descending to the lower level brings you to Villa Art’s bedrooms.

Simple, pared-back furnishings and comfortable bedding make these spots fantastic for relaxing at the end of a day. The master bedroom opens to the pool terrace and features either a king-sized bed or a pair of twins and comes with blackout curtains, a ceiling fan, and an ensuite bathroom. The other two bedrooms also come with either a king-sized bed or a pair of twins.

These rooms share a hallway bathroom with double vanities. The expansive pool terrace is a luxurious spot to relax and soak up the island sun. The 300-sq.ft. swimming pool is refreshing and cool, with loungers nearby that are ideal for sunbathing or reading poolside.

Back upstairs, the covered terrace is where you can take in the views of Flamands Bay and the offshore islands. The lounge area is front and center, the best seat in the house for watching the surf wash against the sand while sipping on a tropical drink. Villa Art is located above the beach at Flamands, putting you within easy distance of the island’s amenities.

Flamands Beach itself is a great spot to try your hand at surfing, while nearby beaches at Anse de Cayes, St. Jean, and Lorient are great for swimming.
