Upstairs, a bright, air-conditioned living space awaits, with a lounge opening onto the sea and a well-appointed kitchen facing the garden. Access is available via an interior staircase highlighted by a striking Raku artwork, or by an exterior staircase in wood and stone, adding to the villa’s distinctive charm.

Outdoors, the villa is designed to embrace the Caribbean lifestyle. A spacious wooden deck surrounds the pool, complemented by inviting daybeds for relaxation and a gazebo perfect for alfresco lunches or dinners under the stars. During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used. * Please note: The rental of the primary bedroom/bungalow (Bedroom 5) may be requested, but remains subject to the owner’s sole discretion and written approval. If approved, the villa will be offered as a 5-bedroom (full house) for the Festive period only. A security deposit of $5,000 is required for all reservations.
