About Caribbean Breeze
Villa Caribbean Breeze, is a 3-bedroom villa located in Anse des Cayes within minutes of 2 beaches and shopping. The large open floor plan consists of the kitchen, dining room, and living area. The living room is brightly decorated with colorful furnishings and opens to the covered outdoor dining area, which comfortably accommodates 6 guests.
A breakfast bar with stools separates the well-equipped kitchen from the indoor dining area, which accommodates 8 people. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom, and access to the terrace with a view. The second and third bedrooms have king-size beds, ensuite bathrooms with showers, and views of the garden.
A separate air-conditioned TV room is located adjacent to the master bedroom. Lush, tropical gardens adorn the grounds, while the outdoor terraces are laid with Portuguese stones. Loungers surround the large swimming pool facing the ocean view.
During the December holiday the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
