The second bedroom is located on a lower level and is slightly smaller and has a king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom with a shower. The third bedroom is in a separate bungalow with a king-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom with a shower, and a quiet terrace. On the main level, the spacious terrace enjoys the best views in the home.

Next to the dining table is a nice spot for a cocktail at sunset, watching as the shimmering golden hues fall across the red roofs of Gustavia below. Descending downstairs to the lower level brings you to Villa Casa Roc’s decadent swimming pool, refreshing and cool. It can also be heated for swims in the cool evening.

Villa Casa Roc is also well-placed for beach days at Shell Beach, around a 5-minute walk away. Quiet and pristine, this beautiful little beach just below Gustavia is a great spot for swimming, and there’s even a beach bar and grill in case you get hungry. During the December holidays the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
