Welcome to Villa Case et Cuisine, a gorgeous 2-bedroom villa located in Marigot, St. Barts. Nestled on a wonderful vantage point just above the bay, this island home couples a contemporary design with alluring views over the Caribbean. Inside, Villa Case et Cuisine enjoys a classic Caribbean feel: light, airy, and elegant.

Honoring the traditional island style, expect minimalist white interiors contrasted by touches of dark wood and splashes of color in paintings that adorn the wall. Conveniently located on the main road in Marigot, Villa Case et Cuisine is within a short walk of the beach, and a few minutes by car to several hotels and restaurants. Surrounded by tropical vegetation, this is a private and comfortable stay, an idyllic retreat for your St. Barts vacation.

Villa Case et Cuisine has a simple layout, with an open-plan great room giving way to the gorgeous outdoor areas. The living area is bright and charming, with the island breezes washing through the sliding doors that open to the terrace and views. It’s a relaxing spot to sink into the sofas and unwind, slipping into the blissed-out pace of life on St. Barts.

The kitchen at Villa Case et Cuisine is well-suited to gourmet travelers, offering all the appliances you’ll need to prepare wonderful meals during your stay. Our concierge is also happy to organize a grocery delivery, or for a special occasion, a private chef. Separating the kitchen from the rest of the great room is a breakfast bar, ideal for coffee in the morning before ducking outside for a swim.

The indoor dining area can seat up to eight guests, and there’s a second dining table outside situated below the pool for alfresco meals. The bedrooms at Villa Case et Cuisine are both a splendid blend of modern comforts and traditional island décor. The master bedroom features an ensuite bathroom and direct access to the pool terrace, letting you start each day with an easy swim in the pool.

The second bedroom comes with access to a bathroom across the hall. Both rooms have a queen-sized bed. For more space, a loft area above the great room can act as a third bedroom, configured with a pair of twin beds.

This sunny and air-conditioned space features a work area with a desk, computer and printer and is available for an add'l cost. On the main terrace, a teak table and chairs provide space for outdoor dining, Above, a deck with loungers surrounds the refreshing pool with a waterfall feature – a tempting prospect on a hot island day. Ascending the stairs one more level brings you to a pergola at the top of the property, with outstanding views over Marigot Bay.

With shimmering turquoise waters, you’ll likely be coaxed down to the beach, only a few minutes' walk away. During the December holiday the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used. *Please Note: Two bedrooms with two bathrooms are available at the 2-bedroom rate, or one bedroom with two bathrooms can be rented with additional sleeping on the mezzanine. If two bedrooms and bathrooms are used along with one or two mezzanine beds, the mezzanine beds are charged at $75 per person/night.
