Welcome to Villa Kir Royal, a gorgeous 4-bedroom villa located in St. Jean within a short walk of the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Stylish and elegant, this island home is full of tropical charm, offering a relaxing getaway in St. Barts. The interiors of Villa Kir Royal are cool and bright, with white walls and vaulted ceilings above.
Earthy accents of wood and rattan add a natural touch to each room. Spread across separate pavilions and the main house, the design is all about privacy between guests. In the main house is the master bedroom, while two bedrooms are in a separate cottage to one side of the pool.
The views are gorgeous as well: from the rolling green hills to the red roofs of other villas, all the way to the Caribbean Sea in the distance. During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
