About Kyreve
The spacious, open living room is comfortably furnished and connects to the well-equipped kitchen, which opens to the pool and view. The large master bedroom is just a few steps up from the kitchen and has a large dressing area and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom (with an exterior shower) is on the other side of the villa, while the other 2 bedrooms are located on the lower level down a flight of stairs.
Three bedrooms have king-size platform beds, while 1 bedroom offers twin beds or a king-size bed. The large infinity pool overlooks the panoramic view. The house has a cinema room which requires a $5,000 deposit.
During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
