Description: Villa Aqua is a modern 6-bedroom villa in Grand Cul de Sac within steps of the beach and a short walk from restaurants. This waterfront villa is also situated next to the new Barthelemy hotel with its restaurant and spa. Villa Aqua enjoys panoramic bay views. The doors of this fully air-conditioned villa can be closed or opened to enjoy ocean breezes. The oversized living room offers an entertainment center and ample comfortable seating. A dining area separates the living room from a well-equipped gourmet kitchen, which is suitable for hosting large parties. A second, connected preparation kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator and wine cooler. All the bedrooms and the living room have Apple and U.S. satellite TV and Sonos sound systems. Two separate staircases on either side of the villa lead to the 2 master suites on the upper floor. Each master suite has a king-size bed, a dressing area, private balcony and an ensuite bathroom with a rain shower and bathtub. The 4 spacious guest rooms are located on the main floor. Each bedroom has a European king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with shower. Two bedrooms have ocean views, while the other 2 bedrooms are on the garden side of the house. Villa Aqua can be rented with its sister villa, Bleu, for a total of 12 bedrooms (ideal for large families or groups). A deck with a large outdoor dining table surrounds the lap pool, which separates Villa Aqua from the beach. Several loungers in the sun and day beds in the shade are spread out on the wide deck, which enjoys views of the bay. Access to the hotel buffet breakfast is not included, however continental breakfast daily at the villa is included. Villa Aqua comes with house cleaning services seven days a week. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
