Description: Villa Bayugita, also known as WV BAY, is a Balinese 3-bedroom villa located in Pointe Milou within minutes of several beaches and shopping. This villa enjoys spectacular sunsets behind the hills to the west, as well as views of the sparkling ocean and nearby islands. The house is constructed in Java teak with elegant, custom-made African wood and teak furniture. Rich-colored fabrics add a warm elegance to each room. The spacious living and dining area opens to the pool and ocean view. The gourmet kitchen, which is located off the living area, is well equipped and has an outdoor barbeque alcove. The master bedroom has a 4-poster king-size bed, ocean view and ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and an outdoor shower. The second bedroom is located on the lower level, and benefits from its own private terrace. This bedroom has a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom with double vanity and large shower. Both bedrooms can be air-conditioned, but are also equipped with screens and mosquito netting to allow natural breezes. The 3rd bedroom is located in a separate bungalow behind the kitchen on the main level. The crystalline infinity pool is located partially in the living room. The house also comes with WiFi and complimentary car rental for high and low seasons. Villa Bayugita comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
