Description: Villa BelAmour is a 1-bedroom villa in Pointe Milou, located only a 10-minute drive from the beach and shops, and a 15-minute drive from town. Perched on cliffs, Bel Amour enjoys dramatic ocean views. The interior is bright and spacious with modern décor. The small entrance terrace features colorful boundaries and opens to the ocean view. The living room can also open its entire width to the heated lap pool and view beyond. The air-conditioned living room with a high ceiling offers comfortable seating and an entertainment center with a flat screen TV. On one side of the living room is a separate dining area with a large table and a unique mural by French artist Jean Charles de Castelbajac. This area can be closed off from the living room or opened up with large glass sliding doors and a louver roof. The cozy, modern kitchen is well equipped. On the other side of the living room is the spacious bedroom, which has large, glass-sliding doors opening to breezes and floor-to-ceiling views. The screened doors can be completely opened or closed. The air-conditioned bedroom also features a king-size bed, a desk, dressing area, in-room safe, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. A deck with loungers is situated on one end of the lap pool. This villa also comes with Apple TV, WiFi, a Bose sound system, and 2 cell phones for local calls.
