Spacious and modern and built on two levels, with a large living room, and a dining room that seats 6 and opens onto the terrace and stunning views. The fully-equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar with stools. The view from here is over the lush vegetation and the deep blue horizon. The terrace is designed around a lovely pool with a breathtaking view over the ocean and the hills. There are comfortable loungers and the outdoor dining room accommodates up to eight guests. The beautiful, air-conditioned bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and king size beds. Two of them are on the main level and open onto the terrace, while the third one is on the lower level and features a sitting area which leads to the garden. Villa MMK, comes with house cleaning services six days a week. During the December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
