Description: Villa Rock U is a contemporary 3-bedroom villa located in Lurin within minutes of the beach, restaurants, and shopping. This villa enjoys beautiful sunsets. The interior features a spacious, open-plan living room and dining area with a long wooden table. A breakfast bar separates the well-equipped, gourmet kitchen from the living and dining area. The living area opens to the terrace. All 3 bedrooms have private terraces with outdoor seating areas and ocean views. The master bedroom is located on the opposite side of the pool and other bedrooms, and has a king-size bed and en suite bathroom with shower. The other 2 bedrooms have queen-size beds and en suite bathrooms with showers. Lush, tropical gardens surround the property. A large pool with stairs faces the view. The house also has WiFi, a barbecue, and French satellite TV. Villa Rock U comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
