Newly renovated, Villa Up Side seamlessly combines its gorgeous indoor and outdoor living areas. The interior is modern and chic, with vaulted ceilings, earthy tones, and furnishings that pop with color. Outside, views of the Caribbean and the bays of St. Barts await. The beaches in Lorient and Marigot are both just a short drive away, while elegant shops and restaurants in St-Jean and just 10 minutes by car. Living Spaces: As you step inside Villa Up Side you’ll enter the spacious great room, with the living room, dining area, and kitchen. Unwinding and relaxing in the living room is easy, with comfortable seating facing out towards the pool and ocean. The soft sofas are ideal for your morning coffee, settling in with a book, or conversation with friends and family. Kitchen and Dining Room: Villa Up Side’s kitchen opens to the pool area, and offers a breakfast bar, which seats 4 guests. Well-equipped, you’ll have everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. Our concierge can even organize grocery pre-stocking or delivery, catered meals, or arrange a private chef service for a special occasion. The villa’s dining table has enough space for 8 guests, making it the ideal setting for entertaining in the evening. Afterward, it’s also a great spot for a late-night card game or night-cap before bed. Bedrooms: There are 3 bedrooms at Up Side Villa. The master bedroom is located on the main level, with a plush king-sized bed, spacious ensuite, and direct access to the outdoor terrace. Staircases both inside and out lead down to the lower level, where you’ll find the final 2 bedrooms. One comes with a comfortable queen-sized bed, while the other has two twin beds (which can be configured as a queen). Both have private ensuite bathrooms and ocean views. All bedrooms also have a flat-screen TV, letting you unwind at night with a movie from underneath the sheets. Outdoor Features: Outside, the focal point of Up Side Villa is its infinity-edge pool. Reaching towards the edge of the deck towards the ocean below, it’s seemingly suspended in mid-air. Chairs and sunbeds offer relaxing spots to sunbathe, enjoy a cool drink, and enjoy the view. The deck wraps around the villa, with another lounge area off the kitchen side of the house. This is also where you’ll find the gas grill, letting you host some island-style cookouts.
