Description: Villa Ushuaia is a comfortable, 4-bedroom villa located in Flamands at just a short distance from two beaches. Perched on the hillside next to the trail leading to the beach of Colombier, with dramatic views of the ocean and cliffs of Flamands, and with no direct neighbors, this villa is truly a peaceful and private hideaway. The terrace with the heated pool can be fully closed off, which makes it ideal for parents with small children. The generous main terrace provides ample seating, hammocks and a large outdoor dining table in the shade with gorgeous views and cooled by the constant breezes. The spacious, and air conditioned, open living area with its high ceiling and light-colored sofas and chairs, has an indoor dining area with seating for up to 8 guests. A reading and TV room with comfortable seating is located in the mezzanine above the living area. Both the living area and well-equipped kitchen open to the terrace and pool. All four bedrooms have an ocean view. The two master bedrooms offers a European king-size bed and ensuite bathroom with tub, as well as U.S. satellite TV. One of the master bedrooms can only be accessed from the outside, while the other is accessed from the living room. The third room is accessed from the living and has a European king-sized bed, and a bathroom with shower and bath tub across the hallway. The fourth bedroom has twin beds, which can be made into a European-king sized bed, and an adjacent bathroom with shower. A large game room with a pool table, TV wit U.S. satellite and fitness equipment is situated on the lower floor. Villa Ushuaia comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa is suitable for young children, but does not allow pets.
