Description: Villa Valentina, also known as WV VIP is a 4 + 2 bedroom villa in the heart of Pointe Milou, offering ocean views and generous indoor and outdoor space. Just off the grand living room is the first master bedroom. The other three masters are side by side in front of the other end of the long pool. All four bedrooms have a European king-sized bed, his-and-hers closets, TV with Apple TV and ensuite bathrooms with shower. Across from master bedroom number one, is a large children’s room. This unique room will be the favorite part of the house for kids, with 6 twin beds. It comes with its own ensuite bathroom, closets and TV. On the lower level is a sixth bedroom which is perfect for staff with two twin beds and ensuite bathroom with shower. Neither of these two rooms has a view, however both are included in the 4-bedroom rate, making it a perfect vacation villa for as many as four couples, with children. From the covered, 4-car parking area underneath the house, large stylish steps lead up to the entrance. Behind the impressive front door lies the expansive, air-conditioned main room. The spacious living room offers three large lounging sofas perfect for hanging out, watching TV or just conversing with others. The extensive bay windows give a splendid view of the pool, terrace and the ocean. The modern, open kitchen with its white Corian island, faces a large round dining table that easily sits 16 with its central, revolving plateau to pass food and drinks around. An ideal setting for long dinners or lunches, perhaps served by a chef who can utilize the second kitchen of the house, a fully-equipped chef’s kitchen. The outdoor space is meant for workouts as well as to relax, while enjoying the beautiful views and fresh breeze. Comfortable, large loungers are set up along the deck in the sun, with palm trees as natural sun umbrellas. The 80-foot long, heated pool allows for swimming real laps and at the end of the pool is the gazebo, which is equipped for yoga, boxing and TRX. Villa Valentina is an ideal family villa, but also perfect for couples vacationing together. The two extra bedrooms are included in the four bedroom rate. WV VIP comes with housekeeping 6 days a week, excluding major public holidays. During the December festive period, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
