The living room is illuminated by a large picture window that overlooks the rear gardens and features a cozy sectional sofa, with sliding doors leading to the terrace and pool area. Adjacent to the well-equipped kitchen and BBQ area, the indoor dining room is perfect for evenings when guests prefer to cook in and enjoy a relaxing night at home. The outdoor spaces revolve around a sparkling pool surrounded by a spacious sun deck, including a covered dining terrace ideal for poolside lunches and an inviting living area for unwinding. The master bedroom, overlooking the pool, is furnished with a king four-poster bed and ensuite bathroom. An additional connecting bathroom serves as a guest bath and is accessible from the dining room. The second bedroom, located next to the living room, has an ensuite galley style bathroom and a king bed that can be converted into twins, making it suitable for older children. For fitness enthusiasts, there is an air-conditioned fitness room equipped with an elliptical machine, free weights, treadmill, and massage table. Additionally, there is a third sleeping area with a bathroom, available upon request, suitable for a teen or nanny, situated below the villa. Villa Ylang Ylang comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
